Returns/Exchanges Policy To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, goods must be delivered to Khrysalis Couture within 14 days of date of purchase.
If you cannot have the goods shipped in that time frame please contact
the Sales team.

Can I get a refund?
All products are refundable provided that:
* Items are delivered to Khrysalis Couture within 14 days of the date of purchase
* Item is in the original condition, therefore it has not been worn, washed or used
* Item is in its original packaging
The full sale price minus any shipping and handling costs will be refunded to the
same account that was used at the time of purchase.
Please attach the Returns/Exchanges form when shipping the goods back to Khrysalis Couture.

Can I exchange items?
We are happy to exchange any items provided that:
* Items are delivered to within 14 days of the date of purchase
* Item is in the original condition, therefore it has not been worn, washed or used
Please attach a print out of the Returns/Exchanges form and place inside your package that you wish to exchange.
You will need to include a prepaid postage sachet so that we can ship the exchanged goods back to you
(you also have the option of receiving a paypal invoice for any additional shipping costs).

What happens if my item is faulty?
In the unlikely event that the item is faulty please advise our sales team within 14 days of the date of purchase
so we can organise either a full refund or exchange.
